UV laser system with 355 nm wavelength.
A multifunctional laser tool with a high precision x/y table for a maximum substrate size of 640 x 560 mm (25” x 22”), ideal for micro-machining metal, plastic, ceramic materials etc., and material combinations.
IR laser systems for metalworking.
Fiber lasers with 1064 - 1090 nm wavelengths are used for high speed processing of ultra-fine structures as small as 30 μm.
IR laser systems for the direct structuring of RF and microwave components, circuits, antennas, and filters.
3D IR laser system, diode-pumped solid laser with 1064 nm wavelength and short pulses. This system is also capable of 3 dimensional structuring of injection-moulded MIDs.
Excimer laser systems with wavelengths of 248 and 308 nm.
Ideal for structuring thin metal foils using mask projection techniques. Extremely high throughputs possible using reel-to-reel set-up.
Laser systems with wavelengths of 1064 nm and 355 nm.
